These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VRC platform, including VRC.Publishing and VRC.Quest (collectively, the “Services”), operated by Myth (“VRC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Michigan, United States. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services. 1. Eligibility You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Services. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these requirements. 2. Account Registration To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and complete information Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account. 3. User Content — VRC.Publishing 4.1 Ownership You retain ownership of the intellectual property rights in content you create, including avatars, virtual worlds, assets, and other materials. 4.2 License to Operate By uploading content, you grant VRC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes), display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Services. 4.3 Responsibility You are solely responsible for ensuring your content: Does not violate laws Does not infringe third-party rights Complies with community standards 5. Content Moderation We may review, remove, restrict, or disable access to content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or platform guidelines. We reserve full discretion in moderation decisions. Repeated violations may result in permanent suspension. 6. VRC.Quest Provisions 6.1 Virtual Experiences Participation in VR quests and interactive environments is voluntary. You acknowledge that interactions with other users may involve user-generated content. 6.2 Virtual Items Virtual assets, rewards, achievements, or in-platform items have no real-world monetary value unless explicitly stated. Such items are licensed, not sold. 7. Payments (If Applicable) If paid services are introduced: All purchases are final unless required by law You must provide valid payment information We may suspend access for failed payments Third-party payment processors may handle transactions. 8. Intellectual Property All platform software, design elements, branding, and systems are owned by Myth (VRC) or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any portion of the platform without written permission. 9. Termination We may suspend or terminate your account: For violation of these Terms For illegal conduct To protect platform security For extended inactivity Upon termination, your license to use the Services immediately ends. 10. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no guarantees regarding: Continuous availability Error-free functionality Compatibility with all devices Absolute security Use of the Services is at your own risk. 11. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myth shall not be liable for: Indirect or consequential damages Loss of profits Data loss Service interruptions User-generated content Total liability shall not exceed any amount paid by you to the Services in the preceding 12 months. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Myth from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from: Your use of the Services Your content Your violation of these Terms 13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes. 15.
